Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were diagnosed with AS according to the standards of the American Rheumatism Association (ARA, 1984), or RA according to the standards of the American Rheumatism Association (ARA, 1987); 2. Aged between 16 and 61 years old; 3. Can read and understand Chinese; 4. Willing to participate in the study after learning about the study's purpose.
