Interventions

Total:miRNA will be tested in 100 patients with sepsis in ICU. Comparison will be performed between deaths and survival patients

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SIRS: have the following two or two more signs: 1. temperature> 38 degree Celsius or 90 beats / min; 3. respiratory rate> 20 beats / min or PaCO2 12.0*10^9/L or 10%. Sepsis: that there is a clear or highly suspected infection focus + the SIRS criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged <18 years; 2. into the group who died within 24 hours; 3. agranulocytosis (<0.5*10^9/L); 4. combined HIV infection.
