Inclusion criteria: 1. No restrict aged between male and female in initial acute leukemia patients; 2. Choose refractory leukemia in the initial acute leukemia patients; 3. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria: associated with other hemetological malignant tumor
