Total:Magnetic resonance imaging, including noncontrast scan, diffusion weighted imaging, dynamic contrast enhanced MRI, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The locally advanced breast cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2. The tumors showing partial response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. The patients undergoing mastectomy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 4. The patients agree to participate in the trials and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumors showing complete response, or progressive disease, or stable disease to neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2. The patients discontinuing neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. Having contraindication of MRI.
