Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are diagnosed as COPD according to the guideline for the management of COPD released in 2004 by Chinese respiratory society; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with tuberculosis, tumor (except for lung cancer), diabetes, or chronic diseases such as liver or renal function impairment.
