Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18 years old and over; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Diagnosed as ischemic stroke; 4. Responsive lesions located in the posterior circulation area; 5. Within one month after acute stroke onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with severe diseases in heart, liver, kidney, or severe anemia; 2. with peripheral vestibular vertigo such as BPPV and Meniere's Disease, or with vertigo caused by autonomic nerve dysfunction; 3. with other none-vascular vertigo caused by cerebellopontine angle inflammation or tumor, multiple sclerosis, cancer around the fourth ventricle; 4. taking aminoglycoside antibiotics, antispasmodic drugs (eg phenytoin), antidepressants, antihypertensive drugs, barbiturates, cocaine, furosemide, nitroglycerin, quinine, salicylates, sedatives / sleeping pills and other drugs that may cause vertigo/dizziness; Within 4 weeks prior to the last vertigo,/dizziness onset; 5. with severe infection in eyes, ears, mouth, nasopharynx or lung within two weeks prior to the onset of serious infection; 6. patients with consciousness, sensory aphasia, severe motor aphasia, mental retardation or mental symptoms.
