Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the persistent and chronic diagnostic criteria of ITP; (2) In the traditional Chinese medicine purpura - qibushexue; (3) 1 to 18 years old age; (4) Can accept and cooperate with relevant tests and treatment,and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe disease of heart, brain, liver, kidney of children; (2) Drug allergy or prednisone use contraindication; (3) The platelet count<10*10^9/L, and severe bleeding symptoms; (4) Can not complete treatment, except as a case fall off.
