7 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Partial limbal epithelial stem cell deficiency; 2. Total limbal epithelial stem cell deficiency; 3. Severe symblepharon; 4. Conjunctival sac stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Marked ocular surface inflammatory activity; 2. Severe dry eye; 3. Progressive cicatricial disease; 4. Severe ocular surface squamous metaplasia; 5. Pregnant.
