Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: severe ocular surface disease, such as chemical and thermal burn,severe corneal infection, Stevens-Johnson syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The chronic stage of severe ocular surface diseases, such as symblepharon,corneal conjunctivalization, corneal scarring; 2. Pregnancy patients.
