18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral limbal stem cell deficiency; 2. Bilateral limbal stem cell deficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active ocular surface inflammation; 2. Severe dry eye; 3. Progressive cicatricial disease; 4. Severe ocular surface squamous metaplasia; 5. Pregnant.
