Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older; 2. Any point of plasma glucose value above 7.8 mmol/L or fasting plasma glucose value above 6.1mmol/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant (on-going or planning); 2. Mental disorder; 3. Poor compliance or refusal of treatment.
