Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) have been diagnosed as type 2 diabetes; (2) be at least 18 years old; (3) microalbuminuria ACR 30-300ug/gCr; (4) HbA1c 7.5%~10.0%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) type 1 diabetes; (2) have used any one or more of the following medecation: GLP-1 analogue, DPP-4 inhibitors, a-glucosidase inhibitors, or ABBs analogues; (3) have a history of acute or chronic pancreatitis; (4) congestive heart failure; (5) acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (6) pregnancy or lactation.
