Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: scheduled surgery, ASA physical status I and II, aged between 18 and 65 years, and body mass index(BMI) between 18-30kg.m-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: disagree trail, allegry to experimental drugs, severe respiratory disease and neurological disease,bradycardia, severe arrhythmia, take beta-blockers, opioids dependence, hepatic dysfunction, renal insufficiency, pregnant and breast feeding women,coagulopathy,paralgesia
