Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Radiographically confirmed distal radial fracture that combined with a hip fracture; 2. Patient ages over 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. fracture site more than 3; 2. cannot act autonomously before the injury; 3. suffer other diseases that cause the upper extremity or hip pain during the follow-up; 4. suffer other trauma that affect the functional evaluation during the follow-up; 5. reject the assigned treatment method out of sudden; 6. NSAIDs overdose do affect the pain evaluation; 7. reject to follow-up; 8. patients with bad compliance(drug addiction, lost the mobility caused by other diseases).
