Interventions

control group:0.9% Normal saline 10ml i.v.

test group 1:0.25µg/kg nalmefene 10ml i.v.

test group 2 :0.5µg/kg nalmefene 10ml i.v.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective surgery; 2. Aged 18~65 yr, BMI 18~24 kg/m2, ASA I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular disease, previous myocardial infarction, arrhythmia; 2. Renal function Scr>1.5mg/dL; 3. Abnormal liver function; 4. Chronic cough, smoking, upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks, asthma; 5. Take ACEI/ARB, bronchodilators, hormones, opioids; 6. Full stomach; 7. Difficult ventilation; 8. Preoperative elevated ICP, IAP, IOP; 9. Pregnancy.
