Interventions

A:DPP-4 inhibitor 3 weeks+washout period 2 weeks+Placebo 3 weeks

B:Placebo 3 weeks+washout period 2 weeks+DPP-4 inhibitor 3 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-50 years; 2. Patients with Type 1 Diabetes more or equal than 5 years; 3. HbA1c=8.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 or other types of diabetes; 2. Acute complications of diabetes (including diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar status); 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT, AST three times higher than normal level; eGFR less than 60ml/min/1.73m2); 4. Acute infection, malignant tumor, pregnancy; 5. Other oral antidiabetic drugs have been used; 6. Subject with low compliance or can not finish the follow-up according to researcher judgement.
