Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >65 years old, ASA grade I to III, operation time> 2H.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with central nervous system disease, severe mental illness, severe cardiovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, long-term use of sedation and hypnosis, antipsychotic and antiepileptic drug history, severe vision or hearing impairment can not cooperate to complete cognitive function Test, Mini-Mental State Checklist (MMSE) based score less than 17 points.
