Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic epilepsy patients; 2. Aged 1-12 years old 3. Weight=40Kg; 4. ASA physical status I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hepatic and renal functions abnormality; 2. Blood system diseases; 3. Family history of hemorrhagic disease; 4. Secondary craniotomy for epilepsy surgery; 5. Allergy to tranexamic acid; 6 .Refuse to participate in the research.
