Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with a single pulmonary ventilation method for esophageal cancer radical surgery; (2) male, or non-pregnant, non-lactating women; (3) =65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who had been treated with DEX and/or ulinastatin 1 month before surgery; (2) the patient has an important organ disease or infection that is difficult to control; (3) there is a clear history of allergic diseases or an allergic reaction to the study of drugs; (4) spiritual disease; (5) patients with obvious lung disease before surgery; (6) patients with obvious cardiac organic disease before surgery; (7) the patient has serious medical risk factors, including any major organ function status, and the researchers believe that if the study is accepted, it may affect the life safety of the subject.
