40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma; 2. Aged between 40 ~ 80 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Informed consent, voluntary testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Allergy, such as two or more drugs or food allergy history; or known to the drug allergy; 3. Uncontrolled positive infection, including but not limited to hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, AIDS positive and active; 4. Hypovolemia or hypotension, severe valvular stenosis, arteriovenous shunt in patients; patients with severe angina pectoris; Heart failure with malignant arrhythmias. Severe liver dysfunction patients (ALT, AST> 1.5 times the upper limit of normal); 5. Psychotic patients; 6. Participate in other clinical trials; 7. Suspected or indeed alcohol, drug abuse history; 8. Patients with poor compliance.
