Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke in the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases, developed by the Fourth National Symposium on Cerebrovascular Diseases, 1995; 2. the first time, the incidence of unilateral cerebral infarction; or although previous attacks but not left with nerve dysfunction; 3. the vital signs were stable, clear consciousness; 4. Aged 25 - 85 years old; 5. the duration of 20 days -6 months; 6. Suffering side fma=50 points; 7. the patients are willing to accept the treatment of rTMS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of idiopathic epilepsy and epileptic seizure history, drug use in first-degree relatives; 2. the important function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ loss or failure; 3. serious cognitive and communication barriers and not with the wear; 4. intracranial pacemaker, metal implants, or skull defects; 5. Severe cervical lesions include severe cervical stenosis and instability of cervical spine; 6. the internal carotid artery occlusion; 7. direct injury and main motor cortex; 8. the pregnant women.
