Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women and men aged 45 years or over; 2. Have a self-reported medical diagnosis of symptomatic OA of knee for at least 6 months; 3. Not currently participating in a supervised exercise program and other trails.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other known major musculoskeletal impairments in the lower extremities or the back or prostheses in any joint of the lower extremities; 2. Known serious coronary heart diseases, cancer, mental or psychological diseases, drug abuse; 3. Corticosteroid injections within 3 months of study entry. hyaluronic acid injection within 6 months of study start date; 4. History of knee surgery, knee joint replacement; 5. Anyconditions that may have been exacerbated by the protocol.
