Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, male or female; 2. According to the Hypertetion guide of 2010: 1) Systolic blood pressure > 140mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure > 90mmHg; 2) 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure =130/80mmHg, daytime=135/85mmHg, night=120/70mmHg. Home Blood Pressure = 135/85mmHg. All patients diagnosed as primary hypertention, including taking medicine and those not; 3. According to the United States in 2014 adult hypertension treatment guidelines (JNC8), the group did not reach the target blood pressure: (1) patients age= 60 without diabetes or chronic kidney disease (CKD), SB=150 mmHg or DBP= 90 mmHg; (2) patients age 18 with diabetes or chronic renal disease (CKD), SBP = 140 mmHg or DBP = 90 mmHg; 4. patients does not take any type of diuretics; 5. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients combined with Hyperuricemia or gout, No urine or severe renal failure,severe liver damage, water electrolyte disorder, lupus erythematosus,sympathetic resection are not fit for diuretic; 2. Patient combined with severe heart and lung disease, tumor and other diseases is not suitable for this clinical trial; 3. People who are illiterate, or have impaired basic literacy, and cannot live alone; 4.
