Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was admitted to NICU within 24 hours after birth and was intubated for the first time using a constant frequency ventilator; 2. Premature infants diagnosed with respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) for the first time; 3. The family members shall sign the informed consent; 4. Choose the three generation cephalosporin antibiotics (because the pathogens are mainly gram negative bacteria).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, tracheoesophageal fistula, congenital heart disease, premature rupture of membranes, severe intracranial hemorrhage, and coagulation disorders; 2. Serious infection;] 3. Use antibiotics before the hospital; 4. The family refused to sign the informed consent.
