Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15 to 55 years; 2. Meet the diagnosis of schizophrenia or affective disorder in the 3rd edition of Chinese psychiatric disorders classification and diagnostic criteria; 3. Met for the criteria of obesity induced by antipsychotics. Obesity was based on body mass index(BMI)>25kg/m2, 23kg/m225kg/m2 after taking antipsychotics; 4. Signed informed consent for this study. ;Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15 to 55 years; 2. Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorder caused by brain organic and/or somatic diseases; 2. Mental disorder induced by substance abuse; 3. There is a history of obesity, diabetes mellitus and endocrine disease before suffering from mental diseases; 4. Other interventions were being involved.;Exclusion criteria: 1.
