10 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults or children from 10~80 years old; 2. Patients suitable for endothelial keratoplasty; 3. Patients without mobility difficulties and are able to complete examinations; 4. Patients or their guardians who are willing to sign the informed consent form and will be able to complete the follow up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ocular burn or severe corneal scar; 2. Patients with ocular infection, optic neuritis, uveitis, or fundus lesion and maculopathy affecting the visual acuity, and glaucoma; 3. Patients with combination of limbal stem cell transplantation; 4. Patients with immune-mediated ocular surface disease; 5. Patients with diabetes mellitus.
