18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with subtotal or total gastrectomy or pancreatectomy that need to receive PN,and PN is expected to be used for more than five days; 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. No serious heart, liver (liver function indicators more than 2.5 times the normal upper limit), kidney (below CKD IV stage), pulmonary dysfunction; 4. Establish a central venous approach (subclavian, internal jugular vein or PICC); 5. Have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to parenteral nutrition component; 2. Patients with known allergic or adverse reactions to trace elements; 3. The patients with diabetes need oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin treatment have been employed; 4. Pregnancy or lactation patients; 5. The patients have received all-in-one parenteral support before operation more than 3 days; 6. There are obvious trace elements lack of symptoms (iron, zinc, copper, etc.).
