Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic retinopathy non-proliferative phase (1 to 3 patients) and diabetic nephropathy I-IV patients; 2. HbA1c = 9.0%; 3. blood pressure <140 / 90mmHg; 4. informed consent, volunteer test; Deficiency of patients; 5. patients aged between 20 and 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe heart disease, liver dysfunction and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, mental patients; 2. combined with severe infection, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperkalemia patients; 3. prepared pregnancy, pregnancy or lactating women: 4. combined with glaucoma, uveitis, age-related macular degeneration and optic neuropathy and other serious eye disease patients; 5. merger of acute and chronic kidney Pelvic nephritis, primary nephrotic syndrome, urinary tract infection, obstruction and other urinary tract disease; 6. confirmed by the primary hypertension and other systemic diseases caused by kidney disease.
