Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Informed consent was previously diagnosed in patients with mild, moderate, severe acute pancreatitis. The diagnosis is in accordance with the criteria established by Gastroenterology Chinese Medical Association credits will Pancreatology group; 2) Patients aged 18 to 75 years when signing informed consent; 3) The subjects fully understand and comply with the requirements of the research program and sign the informed consent voluntarily; 4) All cases were obtained by the Medical Ethics Committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The onset of treatment has been more than 48h; 2) Allergy to NSAIDs; 3) Active gastrointestinal bleeding; 4) Anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents were used two weeks before onset; 5) Severe liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction; 6) Active peptic ulcer and other disabled NSAIDs patients; 7) Pregnancy or lactation patients; 8) Severe cardiovascular and uncontrolled hypertension; 9) Mental disorders can not cooperate with the patient.
