Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The medical records of Chinese women with polycystic ovarian syndrome undergoing IVF- ET cycles and reaching the oocyte pick-up stage at Reproductive Medical Center, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University, between November 2017 and November 2018 were reviewed. All patients should meet the PCOS definition specified in the 1990 National Institute of Health-National institute of Child Health and Human Development conference or in 2003 Rotterdam conference by the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Aged 20-38 years, FSH less than 10IU/L, BMI<25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: male factor, ovarian failure, severe endometrosis, acute genital tract infection and other systemtic diseases.
