Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with history of asthma, bronchiectasis, previously exacerbation of COPD (no hospital admissions in the previous 2 months or use of antibiotics).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe COPD patients (FEV1 1 <50% GOLD stage 3 and 4) with no exacerbation (stable COPD) not signed informed consent; respiratory allergy; tracheostomy; patients with long term oxygen therapy.
