Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-59 years old; ASA 1-2; scheduled to receive non-craniofacial plastic surgery under procedural sedation and analgesia; operation time > 30 minutes; informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: operation time < 30 minutes; overstress; history of cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, neuropsychopathy, and endocrine system disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; known or admitted alcohol or drug misuse; abnormality in airway, hearing, and intelligence, and those with communication difficulties; and those who refused to give informed consent.
