Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The result of GMs is cramped-synchronised (CS) or absence of fidgety movements (F -); 2. Age or corrected age of infants is 15 weeks or under 15 weeks; 3. Except for hereditary metabolic diseases and complicating epilepsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with uncontrollable seizures; 2. The patient or the patient's guardian refused to accept telephone follow-up or revisits.
