Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of the China 2010 version of HFMD. During epidemic seasons, patients may present a fever and hand, foot, and mouth rashes; some patients have abnormal limb movement, a decrease or increase in muscle tension, numbness or paralysis, or an intestinal virus, especially one positive for EV71-specific nucleic acids; (2) The AFP diagnostic criteria according to the literature [4]: the main features are an acute onset, abatement of flesh tension, decreased muscle strength, and tendon reflexes that abate or disappear; (3) Unilateral lower limb involvement; (4) their ages ranged from 6 to 36 months old; (5) at least 21 days after discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from neuromuscular diseases before onse; (2) attention deficit disorders; (3) involved in other study.
