normal saline group:normal saline intravenous injection
dexmedetomidine group:infusion at a rate of 0.4µg/kg/h
ulinastatin:infusion at a rate of 20000U/kg/h
dexmedetomidine+ulinastatin group:dexmedetomidine0.4µg/kg/h+ulinastain 20000U/kg/h

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing cardiac surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass; ? Patients aged 30-75 years old; ? Patients with American Society of Anesthesiology status of I-III; ? informed consent was obtained from each patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a score of 23 or less on the Mini-Metal State Examination before surgery(MMSE); ? Patients with central nervous system diseases amd brain injury; ? Mental illness or using sedative and antidepressant medication; ? Patients who were hearing or vision impaired; ? Patients who suffered second operation during clinical trial; ? Patients with brain lesions before surgery; ? Patients who refused or was unable to complete the study.
