Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. children was admitted to PICU in Beijing Children's Hospital During the study; 2. children meet the P-ARDS criteria for moderate to severe diagnosis and require endotracheal intubation and ventilator assisted ventilation treatment; 3. Aged 29 days to 18 years old children.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) children was correcting the gestational age for less than 41 weeks; (2) children was chronic lung disease requiring long-term oxygen therapy; (3) the presence of other diseases have great influence on the removal of endotracheal intubation, tracheal stenosis and severe tracheomalacia tracheal diseases, serious heart disease, severe brain injury (Glasgow score < 8), neuromuscular disease; (4) long-term use of glucocorticoids because of the underlying diseases, basic diseases has a great impact on ARDS in children.
