Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with stable breast cancer stages I to III, at least four months after surgery, the end of radiotherapy / chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are barriers to communication or language barriers, unable to complete the questionnaire; have obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychosis; acute Dutch act history; cognitive hinder brain organic disease and dementia; not in the diversity of sports guidance group were of moderate intensity exercise; not in the diversity of sports guidance group or the help of others to use social media application software (WeChat public), free commercial intelligent mobile phone APP, remote video.
