Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) in line with the international classification of psychiatric diagnostic criteria ICD-10 non-organic insomnia diagnostic criteria; 2) aged 18-65 years old, male or female; 3) high school and above education, native to Chinese; 4) (Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI) score = 11 points; 5) before entering the group are signed in writing informed consent; 6) admission to the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (Pittsburgh sleep quality index,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) excessive lethargy disorder, narcolepsy, respiratory-related sleep disorders, sleep-wake rhythm disorders, non-fast-eye sleep wake-up disorder, nightmare, fast-moving sleep disorders, restless legs syndrome, substance / drug Sleep disorders and other sleep disorders; 2) other mental illness such as depression, anxiety disorders associated with insomnia; 3) there are serious or unstable physical illness; 4) pregnant women or lactating women; 5) poor compliance.
