1 Years to 5 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 1-5 yrs, ASAI-II; (2) elective laparoscopic surgery for children; (3) the operation time was 30min~1h; (4) BMI 18.5 ~ 23.9; (5) sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency surgery; (2) abnormal liver and kidney function; (3) severe dehydration and severe malnutrition, or Hb < 10g/dl; (4) BMI is less than 18.5 or greater than 23.9; (5) children suffering from nervous system diseases; (6) drug allergy.
