Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis and inclusion criteria met the International Association for pain research (IASP) diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster neuralgia. Over 60 years of age, visual analogue scale (VAS) more than 5 points, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, constipation, urinary retention and analgesic drug screening period before 2 weeks of taking other effects on central and peripheral.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No medical history and symptoms of herpes zoster, the diagnosis is not clear pain disease, had a history of asthma and allergy of sinomenine, organic disease is an important organ of serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, coagulation dysfunction, cognitive impairment.
