Control group:Routine telephone follow-up at the third month after discharge

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be diagnosed as spinal cord injury (either complet or incomplete) according to the standard neurological classification of American Spinal injury Association, and comfirmed by CT/MRI; (2) Either traumatic or non-traumatic spinal cord injury; (3) Within 6 monthes after the onset of spinal cord injury; (4) Be alert and conscious, and capable of daily verbal communication; (5) Aged over 18 years old; (6) Go back home after discharge; (7) Own mobile terminal and internet environment after discharge; (8) Own fixed caregiver who is familiar with the usage of mobile terminal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Degenerative or congenital spinal cord disease; (2) Severe cardiovascular, brain, pulmonary, liver, or renal complications; (3) Go to other medical institutions after discharge; (4) Be enrolled to other transitional care study after discharge.
