Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hip fracture; 2. ASA I-III; 3. aged > 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mental disease(DSM-IV); 2. a synuclein; 3. preoperative delirium; 4. severe hearing problem; 5. disagree to sign the concent.
