18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients following primary total hip arthroplasty due to osteoarthritis; (2) Patinets with preoperative platelet and coagulation function dysfunction; (3) Preoperative double lower limb venous color Doppler ultrasound was not abnormal; (4) voluntarily participated in clinical trials and signed informed consent, good compliance of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patinets with history of venous thromboembolism, pulmonary embolism, cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease; (2) Patients with coagulation disorders; (3) Anticoagulant drugs are being used; (4) Administration of NSAID for less than 1 weeks; (5) TXA allergy; (6) Severe liver and renal insufficiency; (7) Patients with high risk of thrombosis, including atrial fibrillation, cardiac pacemaker, and stent implantation.
