Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. received nucleoside analogue therapy for more than 3 years; 2. aged at least 16 years; 3. HBV-DNA<100IU/ml; 4.HBeAg<1.00S/CO.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. drug allergy history; 2. cirrhosis or other chronic liver diseases, other serious diseases; 3. pregnancy and breastfeeding; 4. long history of drinking; 5. previous immunological therapy; 6. contraindications for peg-IFNa-2a therapy.
