18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years old; 2) diagnosis of ischemic stroke, and with evaluable neurologic impairment, except bleeding by CT head; 3) within 4.5 hours of onset; 4) onset or previous stroke without obvious sequelae (mRS = 2); 5) stroke symptoms continued 30min at least, no significant improvement before treatment; 6) agreed to accept thrombolytic therapy or combined with intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular, and agree with the history data collection, preservation and follow-up, signed informed consent; 7) be willing and able to follow the research plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) do not agree to receive intravenous thrombolysis, intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment; 2) with significant sequelae (mRS>2) in past stroke; 3) cannot use routine blood brain barrier protective agents due to contraindication.
