Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Maintenance dialysis includes hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis(>=3 months); 2) suffered cognitive impairment. Definition: MMSE scoring ?17 points for illiterate, ?20 points for primary, ?24 points for secondary school, or MoCA score <26 points; 3) Aged 18-75 years old, male or female; 4) Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient's medical records are missing or incomplete; 2) Unable to cooperate with the completion of this clinical trial; 3) Lifespan less than one year; 4) Participated in other clinical trials in three months; 5) Patients with severe anemia, infection, tumor, active bleeding and heart, lung or liver function failure; 6) Allergic with Thiamine or folic acid.
