Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged>38 years; or Meet one of the diagnostic criteria for poor ovarian response: 1. Advanced maternal age (=40 years) or any other risk factor forPOR; 2. A previous POR (=3 oocytes with a conventional stimulation protocol); 3. An abnormal ovarian reserve test (i.e. AFC, 5–7 follicles or AMH, 0.5–1.1 ng/ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe acute and chronic liver and kidney disease; (2) severe infectious diseases; (3) endocrine and metabolic diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disease, etc.; (4) are involved in other drug clinical researchers; (5) Researchers believe that others are not suitable for the group.
