Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Syndrome Differentiation of TCM is Asthenia Syndrome; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years; 3. No functional foods or drugs has been used within one month; 4. Without severe decease of heart, liver, kidney and blood system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Syndrome Differentiation of TCM is Sthenia Syndrome; 2. Coughing of blood; 3. Acute infection, acute stage of chronic disease; 4. people who is not suitable for Red ginseng treatment according to the doctors; 5. People with poor compliance, and can not strictly implement the program; 6. People who are not unable to follow dietary or drug taboos; 7. People who has been participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 month.
