60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients who age older than 60 year, BMI>24kg/m2, have a diagnosis of unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis, undergo a primary unilateral TKR surgery since 2 months ago, are able to independently walk to the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for outpatient rehabilitation in Shuang Ho Hospital. The Kellgren/Lawrence degree of non-operated leg was =3 grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had (1) perceived TKR or THP of operated leg; (2) systemic disease limited for exercise, such as cardiovascular disease; (3) any history of low extremity fracture; (4) other neurological problems limiting lower extremity function; (5) pain score of WONAC pain subscale ?5.
