Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Reach the diagnostic criteria on diabetes of who-1999; (2) The blood glucose was stable for 2 days (fasting blood glucose control was 4.4 to 7.0 mmol/L, and MAGE < 3.9 mmol/L); (3) The aged between 20 and 80 years old, male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excessive blood glucose fluctuation; (2) Having cute complications such as severe ketoacidosis.
